GENERAL:

1. When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract offered to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased.

3. Shipping costs for product delivery will be paid by the buyers.

4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, without exceeding the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and accompanied by warranty certificates, user manuals, or similar documents, if available.

6. If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this and refund the total amount to the Buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

7. If the buyer does not pay or cancels the payment of the purchased product price in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS:

8. If after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was unauthorizedly used by third parties and the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the SELLER.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:

9. If force majeure events beyond the Seller’s control occur and the product cannot be delivered within the specified time, the Buyer will be informed. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order, payment made in cash will be refunded in cash within 14 days from cancellation. If payment was made by credit card and the order is canceled, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days; however, bank transfer to the buyer’s account may take 2-3 weeks.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

10. The Buyer will inspect the contracted goods/services before accepting delivery; damaged, dented, broken, torn packaging, or defective goods/services will not be accepted from the shipping company. Accepted goods/services are deemed undamaged. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The product must be returned with the invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

11. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to themselves or the person/organization at the address they specify, provided that they notify the SELLER through the contact information below.

13. If the purchase is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date of contract signing. Withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service has started with consumer consent before the period ends. A notice on withdrawal right is provided in Distance Contracts and Cancellation Terms, and the Buyer places the order aware of withdrawal conditions.

14. Costs resulting from the use of the withdrawal right are borne by the SELLER.

15. To exercise withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days by registered mail with return receipt, fax, e-mail, or other methods notified by the SELLER, and the product must be unused as regulated in the “Products That Cannot Be Withdrawn” section of this contract.

USAGE OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHT:

16. The invoice for the product delivered to a third party or Buyer (if the invoice is corporate, a return invoice issued by the institution must be sent; otherwise, returns for corporate invoices will not be completed.)

17. The return form, box, packaging, and standard accessories of the products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

18. The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount and any documents that burdens the Buyer within 10 days at the latest from receiving the withdrawal notification, and to collect the goods within 20 days.

19. If there is a decrease in value or return becomes impossible due to the Buyer’s fault, the Buyer must compensate the Seller proportionally. However, the Buyer is not liable for changes or deterioration caused by proper use within the withdrawal period.

20. If the withdrawal results in falling below the campaign limit amount, the applied discount will be canceled.

PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM WITHDRAWAL RIGHT:

21. Products prepared according to the Buyer’s request or personal needs, underwear, swimwear bottoms, cosmetics, disposable items, perishable or expired items, uncancellable products for health and hygiene if opened, mixed products that cannot be separated after delivery, newspapers, magazines, digital content, software, data storage devices, computer consumables with opened packaging, and services started with consumer consent before withdrawal period ends are not subject to withdrawal as per regulations.

22. Cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software, DVD, VCD, CD, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) can only be returned if packaging is unopened, unused, untested, and undamaged.

23. According to distance contracts regulations, products excluded from withdrawal rights include:

• Contracts related to goods prepared according to consumer requests or personal needs.

• Contracts for delivery of perishable goods or those whose expiry date may pass.

• Contracts for goods whose protective packaging, seal, or tape has been opened and are unsuitable for health and hygiene.

• Contracts for goods mixed with other products and cannot be separated by nature.

• Contracts for books, digital content, and computer consumables presented in physical form and whose packaging has been opened.

• Contracts for accommodation, transportation, car rental, food/drink supply, and leisure contracts for a specific date or period.

• Contracts for services performed instantly online or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

24. If the Buyer makes payment by credit card and defaults, they accept that they will pay interest and be liable to the bank per their cardholder agreement. The bank may take legal action and claim all costs and attorney fees from the Buyer. In case of delay, the Buyer agrees to compensate the Seller for losses caused by late fulfillment.
